How it works

  • You switch Jumpstart on from your dashboard, which is your consent for our team to prepare drafts under your account
  • You send the basics: address, asking price, photos, anything you already have
  • Our team builds the draft, including property details, description and media
  • You get a WhatsApp and email notification when the draft is ready, batched if there are several
  • You review every field, set your viewing availability, and submit it into the normal verification queue yourself

You stay in control

A Jumpstart draft is never published on your behalf. It sits waiting for your confirmation, and nothing enters the verification queue until you submit it. You can edit anything, or discard the draft entirely. Consent is logged, and you can switch Jumpstart off at any time.

Jumpstart is a convenience, not a commitment on our side. It is offered at SOLO's discretion, with no promise of any particular draft, number of drafts or turnaround time, and we can pause or withdraw it at any time. Drafts are prepared from what you send us and from factual public property information. We do not copy descriptions or photos from other portals. When you submit a draft you adopt it as your own listing, so accuracy, owner consent and CEA advertising compliance remain yours. Full terms are in Clause 11A of the Terms of Service.

Does it cost anything?
No. Jumpstart is free for verified agents during our early-access period.
Can SOLO publish a listing without me?
No. Only you can submit a draft for verification and take it live.
Is SOLO obliged to draft my listings once I opt in?
No. Opting in only gives us permission to prepare drafts in your account. It does not oblige SOLO to prepare any listing, and the service can be paused or withdrawn at any time. You can always create listings yourself.
Where does the information in a draft come from?
From what you send us and from factual public property information such as address, project, tenure, floor area and government transaction data. We do not copy listing text, photos or floor plans from other property portals.
